How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

What if my item arrives damaged?
